Ad-hoc Committee instated at Calicut

Dear Comrades,

The Circle Secretariat which met at Cochin on 08-02-2013 unanimously decided to appoint an Ad-hoc Committee at Calicut with delegated powers of the Calicut Branch with immediate effect for a period not extending three months.  The decision was taken in view of dispute at Calicut Branch that have resulted in impaired functioning of  Federation at Calicut. The decision, taken in consonance with the Article X[B][iii][d] of the ITEF Constitution, was unanimously ratified by the State Executive that met on 08-02-2013. The Ad-hoc committee has also been mandated to convene a General Body at Calicut at the earliest and elect the office bearers of the Calicut Branch.

The Ad-hoc Committee at Calicut shall be as under:

(2)       Shri Mohandas R. Nair, OS        To act as Branch Secretary

(3)       Shri K. Suresh, Stenographer

(4)       Shri C B Prasun, OS
