- To hold Lunch Hour demonstration at all places on 21.01.2013 against outsourcing
- To Send the following telegram to the Chairman, Central Board of Direct taxes, New Delhi with the following message.

AMEND THE INSTRUCTIONS CONTAINED IN F.No. HRD/CMD/123/2/2011-12 dated November 23, 2012 AND INSTRUCT THE CCIT, CHENNAI TO RESCIND THE DECISION OF ENGAGING OUTSIDERS THROUGH PRIVATE VENDORS.
It has also been instructed to :
To stage walk out in the second half (after lunch recess) on 23.01.2013.
The Circular issued on 19.1.2013 by ITEF CHQ is attached.
All the Branch Secretaries of ITEF, Kerala Circle are requested to implement the programme in its letter and spirit.
