   I am member in ITEF, Gujarat. My pat as on 27.12.2012 was 15670 + 4600. I have been declared pass ITO exam on 28.12.2012. Please explain my fixation. As one authority is saying that I may be granted increment of 610 + 610 and my pay as on 28.12.2012 will be 20270 + 610 + 610=21490. Others are saying that it would be
   3% of 20270=610 i.e. 1st increment
   3% of 20880= 630
   and my pay as on 28.12.12 will be fix at 21510
   Please guide me at the earliest as this have huge effect in fixation as per 7th CPC
