   congratulation all for getting promotion.

   But I am in a worry that so many T.A s who joined in 2010, even after about completing 5 years did not get promotion. If any CAT order is there it does not mean that promotion to anybody cannot be postponed. ITEF should realise the feelings of its bottom cadres. If the guidelines of DOPT if follows The poor TAs has to wait 10 years to get promotion. So many vacancies are there is senior TA. The union should force to conduct DPC for TAs.

   Another point all vacancy of inspectors from should be filled from other cadres. If more than one year all the vacancies of inspectors are vacant. Direct vacancies and steno vacancies it will not be filled in the future.
