   in continuation of above it is bring to notice of Federation that Emploees are not a academic students that they will have time for full day for whole year to join the coaching classes.    this crucial date will be effectie in the interest of all employees only if this date will not be reckoned for passing departmental exam criteria. If result of dept. exam comes before meet of dpc in the R.Y. , the qualified person in that exam when fullfill minimum service criteria , must be considered for promotion.
