   Com.KNP,
   Hats off to you, for writing the bitter truth, without any sugar coating. I think the leadership will not like and intervene in this page also. Kindly refer to your comments and the last comment posted by the leaders (ADMIN). I think its time I send you my mail Id, so in case of any interaction on like minded views or issues we can put the views in privae domain in public domain is not available. I am sure the CHQ leader who will attend the Ex.Com. Meeting today must have got the messsages from the local leadership and some brainstroming sessions will end up with a simple formula, forget such petty things, they are spoilsports and not true comrades. Else let the leaders speak to the CHQ firmly and ask how the ITEF call as on date is implemented in various circles? Are they truly following the CHQ call or only saying YES it is followed to fool other circles, wereas the fact remains that most of the offices work on sat. sunday and holidays, statements are submitted, search & surveys carried out in the name of Revenue Collection, etc. WHY the blind eye to the freightening facts and faces of various leaders in their Circle different than during the face and stand they project in the meetings of CHQ. SEE the LEADERS STAND in CHQ and their acts in their CIRCLE ?????

   The SSC conducts so many examination and the LDCs Examination is one of the maximum competed one as it requires only SSSLC. Generally, for general candidates, it is difficult to get through with SSLC. Almost 95 % are graduates and above. But for stenos, the competition very less because it requires stenogaraphy. It is just a technical skill. Almost all of them are X th. class or intermediate only. Nobody in the world would tell that the IQ of a steno is higher than that of an LDC. Further, the IQ cannot be measured in terms of just an examination alone. Once in the Department, an LDC has to do all the work in all sections through his career in positions such as TA, STA, OS etc. etc.. Practically he has to take out all effort, just because of IQ alone one cannot cater the needs. But what is the work of a steno? What exposure do they have in administration and assessments? In the Income Tax Department alone, I could see, even some ministerial cadres, bowing before stenos without any self esteem. All such people (comrades!) are even now the puppets in the hands of Steno leaders. They are mentally slaves to Steno leadership, may be because of high IQ! ‘ kadha ariyathe aattam kanunnavar’.
