   I would like to know whether consequent to restructering approval the dpc to OS post will be kept in abeyance and in that case what will be the new course of action to fill the retirement vacancies from TA to ITO

   Dear comrades,
   The ITEF leadership has requested the Administration to issue the orders to fill up the remaining posts of vacant ITOs and also to conduct the consequential DPC. The actions being taken by the administration are being closely watched and necessary steps for achieving the same will definitely be taken.

   why others dpc and promotion are not conducting. The ITEF not doing anything. Even vigilance clearence not asked. It is requested to take maximum steps for conducting dpc and promotion immediately as there is a lot of vacancies. The process is going veryslow. So many T.A including me are affected because of not conducting dpc and not getting promotion. monthly loss of salary comes to around six thousand.

   I would like to know that why the promotions to the posts of ITI, OS, STA consequent to the promotions to the post of ITO are not made. Did the office bearers at HQ make any attempt to bring this matter to the notice of the admin as many of the members of our organisations are the beneficiaries. Please do the needful immediately.

   I would like to know why the promotions consequent to the promotions to ITO is not happening. Their vigilance clearance has not been called for even till date. Did the circle office bearers took any attempt to bring this to the notice of the admin?
